Message from the host

I have been living in Reggio Emilia since 1997 when I decided to take on new job challenges.

Reggio Emilia, the homeland of the well-known and delicious Parmigiano Reggiano, is a city on a human scale where you can enjoy the tranquility of the place. Like every feature of the Emilian cities, the use of the bicycle (to avoid in the rare days of fog and rainy ones) makes the discovery of the nearby places picavole as well as to move around the city both for work and personal needs (cycling after all is also good for your health).

My travel experiences made both for pleasure and for work reasons, which are still consumed both in Italy and abroad, inevitably undergo the phase of comparison with those gained in Reggio Emilia. At every comparison, beyond the aspects that deserve improvements, it always emerges that the Reggio Emilia experience retains that uniqueness that distinguishes it.

Tourist accommodation is a valuable vehicle for any conscious experience of the places to begin. My modest home with its office corner made available for tursiti is an extra reason to share my knowledge of the places and customs in order to ensure the pleasant and unforgettable stay in Reggio Emilia, both for vacation and for work.
